Our experienced, dedicated, friendly team of professionals is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and/or Orthodontic Permitted Assistant (OAP). We strive to stay current with the latest advancements in technology by attending several continuing education programs each year, including OSHA and CPR re-certification.
Daina – Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, RDA
Daina is the Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator and a Registered Dental Assistant as well. Daina takes pride in introducing and educating our patients to their new orthodontic home and helping them decide on the best treatment plan for their lifestyle and needs. She is dedicated to helping our patients sort out the best and easiest payment options for their treatment. Daina absolutely loves building relationships with our patients and watching as their smile and confidence develop. Daina is dedicated to her health, as her hobbies are weight training and cardio workouts. She enjoys vacationing in sunny locations by the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Debbie – Patient Outreach Coordinator, RDA & OAP

Debbie has two grown sons, (Cody and Kyle), two beautiful daughter-in-laws (Amy & Ashley) and the cutest/smartest grandsons ever (just like Oma)! Outside orthodontics, she plays softball, is a two-time world OTL champion, and enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, learning to golf, working out and family time. She walked her first marathon in 1999 and her second one in 2000!
Debbie loves her career because of the opportunity to meet and educate so many interesting patients and families in the field of orthodontics. Her biggest reward in orthodontics is showing how simple and interesting orthodontics can be. Our gift to our patients is helping to build lifelong confidence and self-esteem.
Deanne – Treatment Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
Deanne has spent most of her years in San Diego, living in Mira Mesa and the South Bay. She now resides in Spring Valley with her husband and Yorkie dogs, Lily & Sissy. [email protected]
Deanne has been in the dental field since 1998 and loves working with families during their orthodontic care. For fun, she enjoys going to the movies, working out, and taking their dog to the park.
Audrey - Clinical Supervisor, RDA & OAP

Jen went to school at Concord and has been in the dental field since 2001. In 2006, she found her love for orthodontics and takes pride in her work. [email protected]

Jess – Financial Coordinator
Jessica has been with us since 2014, greets everyone with a smile and helps our schedule run smoothly. She was born and raised in La Mesa, but now lives in Ramona with her husband. Jessica enjoys camping, hiking and spending time at the river. [email protected]

Kayla completed dental assisting school at Kaplan College in 2015. She was born and raised in Texas. She loves exploring outdoors with her husband and spending time with her kitty, JoJo. [email protected]
Stephanie S - OAP
Stephanie was kicked out of Texas for not being a football fan and found herself in love with Sandy Eggo sunshine. After a career performing for many dance companies here, she transitioned into orthodontics. Stephanie holds an Orthodontic Assistant Permit and has been practicing since 2014. She still performs occasionaly and can often be found visiting the San Diego Zoo. She has a passion for dog obedience and agility training and is most likely wearing socks with rainbows or unicorns on them.

April is a home-grown San Diegian! She has been in the dental field since 1998. April has been blessed with two great kids, Benjamin & Alyssa. April loves the beach, collecting sand dollars, camping and gardening.
Alena - Records Coordinator, Dental Assistant
Born and raised in San Diego, Alena enjoys spending time in Big Bear with her family and hanging out with her dog. She went to Grossmont Health Occupational Center for her dental assisting training and obtaining her X-ray license. Further licenses to follow with her on-the-job training.
